Bathco was proud to support the regeneration of The Hawkins Factory, an iconic Northamptonshire landmark with a rich industrial history. Once a world-renowned boot manufacturer with a Royal Warrant and wartime legacy, the Grade II listed building has been transformed into 89 loft-style apartments, bringing new life to the historic site.
Working alongside S&R Northants, Bathco was appointed to deliver a premium bathroom specification across the development, combining contemporary comfort and high-quality finishes with a design that complemented the building’s distinctive industrial character.
The specification introduced marble-effect finishes, brushed brass and matt black detailing to create bathrooms that feel stylish, considered and in keeping with the architectural heritage of the development.
